Excellent, knowledgeable service in a better than expected timeframe. Lisa Lee was also very courteous and friendly. I now intend to use this facility for oil changes as well.’

I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk receptionist at around 12:50 pm on 6/20/2026. Instead of calmly helping me, she raised her voice and even pounded on the desk while speaking to me. All of this happened simply because she didn’t take a moment to patiently ask which wheel the braking noise was coming from. Customer service should always involve basic courtesy and professionalism, and unfortunately that was completely lacking here. I felt disrespected and uncomfortable during the interaction. I wish I could give 0 stars, but since 1 star is the minimum, that’s what I’m leaving.

Went to them for an Uber car inspection. Car failed because they said 'not enough tread depth' on both front tires. Incorrect, I had checked all four tires myself before driving to the inspection. 4/32" is the minimum (which simplifies down to 1/8") and both tires had more. What bothered me was the immediate upsell- they told me car failed & why, then instanly said they could put 2 new tires on & it would pass at an additional cost of $380+ Already had the sales contract written up too. That price included every upcharge & road hazard BS they could pile on. I declined and just ate the 40 bucks for the inspection.

I went to them to have my tires rotated but they found that my tires were very bald and the wires were showing. I was upset. So the manager gave me a very good deal on two new tires but told me I had to get the lower control arms fixed before too long or it would ruin them too. I was grateful for how nice and understanding he was.

I've used these guys several times the last few years. Never had an issue with anything. Last year someone who no longer works here suggested a set of tires for my electric vehicle that shouldn't have been purchased; they only lasted 20k miles. Anyways, the new manager Mike was very understanding towards my situation and helped set things right by giving me a pro rate on the old tires and purchasing a new set that is meant for my car. He was very thorough in explaining everything. This store can get busy at times but everyone handles the stress very well and pushes through. Kudos to the lady behind the counter who is very knowledgeable at her job as well.
